Key terms
- Service description: Availability and inquiry tools for daycare websites.
- Billing: Prices are shown in USD. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
- Free trial: NestCount offers a 1-month free trial on the monthly plan. After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current monthly rate unless canceled before renewal.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact NestCount at cassidy@nestcount.com and we will review the issue.
- Fulfillment: Account access is provided immediately after purchase. Self-serve setup instructions are available inside the dashboard. Full-service setup is handled after the customer submits the setup intake form.
